Our Background
Blyde has been an athlete and movement enthusiast her whole life. This along with a graduating cum laude with a BSc Physiology Psychology and Genetics gave her even deeper insight into the inner working of the body.

Blyde graduated top of her class with her Remedial Sports Massage diploma at Balancing Touch Academy and became internationally registered with the International Guild Association.

Blyde is also a myofascial therapist for horses and is the first therapist to use an integrated approach to resolve pain and non-performance by assessing the rider – horse combination as a whole and not two parts.

Blyde believes that to address and maintain performance or lack thereof one must work in a 3- dimensional manner.
Being a qualified Remedial sports massage therapist, Lyno practitioner and Jump stretch instructor gives her these exact tools to help you maintain, improve, and restore movement.

These beliefs enable her to work with people of all ages, careers, and movement patterns.
